Borgo de li Santi is born on a land that holds memory, work, and love: that of the ancient Masseria De Santis.

Valentina and Viviana chose this name as an act of gratitude and belonging. A tribute to the heroic 800 Saints, patrons of their city, but also a hug to the figure of their grandfather Antonio De Santis, a man of the land and visionary Salento farmer.

In the post-war period, with tenacity and foresight, he was among the protagonists of the cultivation of mother plant cuttings, contributing to renewing vine culture throughout Southern Italy.

Today, among olive trees, light, and silences that speak of deep roots, that same passion lives on in hospitality.
